📍 Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping is not available at this time. We're working on expanding to international destinations soon.
⏱️ Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
🚚 Shipping Time
Standard shipping takes 8–10 business days from the date your order ships.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
💰 Shipping Costs
Free shipping on every order — no minimum required.
Every order placed on www.heorl.com ships completely free within the United States. No coupon codes, no thresholds, no hidden fees.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

⚠️ Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to ship orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to:
- High order volume during promotions or holidays
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Address verification issues
- Customs or regional disruptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Please reach out to us at heorlsupport@gmail.com if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe and we'll be happy to assist.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors, your mailroom, or building manager
- Looking in unusual delivery spots (porch, side door, garage)
- Waiting 24–48 hours, as packages sometimes show as delivered before arrival
- Contacting your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
If your package is still missing after taking these steps, please email us at heorlsupport@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Heorl is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we are happy to assist with carrier claims and finding solutions on a case-by-case basis.
🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Heorl is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at heorlsupport@gmail.com within 2 hours and we'll do our best to update the address before your order ships.
Orders that have already shipped to an incorrect address may require a re-shipment fee.
📦 Order Changes and Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. Because of this, changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
After this window, we cannot guarantee any changes once the order has entered our fulfillment process.
To request a change, email us at heorlsupport@gmail.com with your order number and the change you'd like to make.
🛡️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at heorlsupport@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
